Too much liquid.....will stick with my oven recipe. I had to bake it in the oven to finish it off......

Taste was good but this was a little to buttery for our taste. Thanks for letting us try.

Excellent recipe. I did not follow the cooking instructions because of my lack of time, and baked them in the oven, covered, 45 min. at 400 and then uncovered for another 15 min. and they tasted great. I made them with “Crispy Fried Chicken” which was a great combination.

This was great! Not good for people trying to watch their weight though. I didn't change the recipe and cooked in in my slow cooker on low for 4.5 hours. I wasn't sure what a 'cubed hash brown potatoe' was so I used McCain's Tasty Tators. After 4.5 hrs in slow cooker they broke apart but made a yummy side dish.

I wanted to try a different scalloped potato recipe to go along with our Easter ham. This recipe was just the ticket! With a vegetarian in the family, I substituted cream of mushroom soup for the cream of chicken - that was quite good, but I think the cream of chicken would make it more flavorable. I also added a couple shakes of garlic powder. AND, though I'd like to try it in the slow cooker someday, I did it in the oven (350F for 45 minutes), and it was GREAT! Loved it! Easy and quite tasty.

These were so quick, easy, and delicious! Definitely a comfort food, and yet good enough to serve to company! Made this for Easter dinner, served 8 adults, with a couple of servings leftover.

I brought this for a work lunch, and everyone loved it. I followed the suggestion of using evaporated milk instead of regular milk. In addition, I added about .25 tsp of garlic powder and increased the pepper to .5 tsp and the salt to .75 tsp. Also, I used 8 ounces of aged cheddar by weight and assumed that was close to a cup by volume.

Easy. I always try to utilize my crockpot when having a full dinner at my house. This was the slow cooker recipe for Christmas. Nothing spectacular, but tasty and good comfort food.

Wanted something quick to take to the lake so I decided to try these. I did use 1/2 & 1/2 & added some garlic. Not only were they so easy (I just mixed everything in the crockpot), everybody loved them. Will be making these again for sure!

We loved this, and I will be making this again. I used a 12 oz. can evap skim milk (which is still 1 1/2 cups), out of cornflakes so used crushed Corn Chex intead with same crunchy results, and sprinkled the buttered Chex on top before baking. Instead of the crockpot I baked it in the oven @ 350 for 45-50 minutes and the top was nicely browned and bubbly. This turned out delicious and all eight of us loved it! I'm excited to try this in the crockpot next time, it was so yummy! Thanks!
