These were so good and soooooo easy. Followed the recipe exactly but did change the bake time and temp. Made it with meatloaf, so everything baked at 350 for an hour and a half. Potatoes were a little mushy but still very good. Next time I'll try baking them for just an hour. When I make meatloaf again, of course.

This was so good, as is! Was going to saute the onions but decided not to. Was glad I made it just like the recipe said.

The easiest scalloped potatoes recipe I've made! I love the fact that it's not loaded with dairy products. I sauteed my onions in the butter and then added the flour to make the roux. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

These were good, and very easy, however for our taste they seemed to lack something in flavor and richness. I attribute this to the use of mayo as the only "creamy" ingredient. I think I will continue looking for other recipes. Note, if you make these, do not be concerned when pulling them out of the oven to find them very "liquidy". The liquid is all absorbed within 5-10 minutes of removal from oven.

I made these potatoes for a "comfort food" on a cold evening. We were not disappointed. I followed the recipe and didn't change a thing. I will definitely make them again.

I thought it needed alittle more salt. It also seemed alittle think to me, next time I'll add at least 1/4 cup more liquid.

These potatoes were very good. I was concerned there was not any milk in the recipe but they were still very creamy. I'll be making them again and again.

These potatoes earned me big points with my mother-in-law. They are tasty, easy, and lower fat than traditional cheesy or creamy scallops. Great recipe. Thanks

The BEST scalloped potatoes I have ever eaten! I've never had good luck with scalloped potatoes and have tried a lot of recipes. This one is wonderful. I did sprinkle a little parmesan and mozzarella in the last few minutes uncovered but I really could have skipped that, it was so good. So rating on the original recipe (no cheese) I'd give it 5 stars. Also 5 stars with the added teeny bit of cheese too. :)

Perfect I didn't change a thing in this recipe, only I added cheddar cheese on top for the last few minutes uncovered, just because I love all things cheese. A+++

Dish turned out exactly as I expected. Followed the recipe exactly except I did sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top when I took it out of the oven. I think this would be a nice base sauce for mac and cheese. Thanks for sharing!

I had to doctor these up quite a bit to avoid a bland dish (based on how the sauce tasted before adding it to the potatoes). I added more salt, cayenne, garlic powder, and dijon mustard. With those changes, it was pretty good, but I did miss the milk. It had a great, creamy texture, but something about the flavor was not quite right. I'll probably make this again, though, because I'm not supposed to be eating dairy these days (sad). It's a solid dish, but didn't impress me.

I was VERY disappinted with this recipe. Scallopwd potatoes need milk! I should have known from the ingredients! But, I waired two hours to find out for sure. My mistake for even trying this one!

Way too easy! Delicious! I do use my mandolin slicer for both the potatoes and onions, just in case I have better things to do than cook! LOL
