Scalloped Corn III

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 75 buttery round crackers, crushed fine
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly butter casserole dish and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole corn, creamed corn, eggs, milk, crackers and green onion; mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 minutes.
