I thought this recipe was ok but not a five star recipe. It basically tasted like chicken and stove top stuffing but with a lot more work involved. Instead of buying a loaf of bread and cutting it up I used about 3/4 of a bag of soft bread stuffing (martins potato bread). Im not sure why the cracker crumbs were added into the mixture as it didnt seem to add much more flavor or texture. Also the finished product was mushy underneath the top crust. It was ok but I probably won't make it again.
