Not sure what, but it needed something else. A good base, but not quite complete on its own. Would suggest playing around with this recipe a little.

Followed the recipe except used fresh ginger. Very clearly explained and very easy to make. My husband and I really like it. Didn't know how much fresh ginger to use and the only thing I would change would be to use more (and get some fresher curry, think mines loosing its flav.). Will make again for sure!

I had to put together a last minute dinner and this recipe was one that matched my search criteria. I didn't have mushrooms, but used green peppers instead. I also did not have curry. This recipe was well received and I was told it was "a keeper". My cooking abilities are elementary and I pulled this off without getting panicked.

This was okay. Not fantastic not awful. I followed the recipe excactly with the exception of adding snap peas which really added a lot to the dish.

I doubled this recipe and used fresh ginger instead of ground. It was okay but seemed to be missing something. I would have given it a 3.5 if possible and I just didn't feel like it was good enough for a 4. I don't think I'll try this again.
