So good! I've never cooked with scallops before but it was pretty easy! I took the advice of some others and pan-fried/seared the scallops in butter. I also added some minced garlic. After the scallops cooked, I took them out of the pan and semi-cleaned the pan. I added the pasta and pesto sauce to the pan and stirred it around w/ a little bit of salt. Lastly I plated the pasta, added the scallops, and topped with some chopped tomato. Very simple and delicious recipe!
