I enjoyed this crescents. Instead of the all-purpose flour I used white wheat flour and instead of spreading butter on the rolled out dough I used olive oil. My sibblings did not care for these crescents, but my parents liked them. There were probably too dense for my sibblings because of the wheat flour and they also would have liked them to be extra cheesey. Still, these are fun to make and roll!

I made it exactly as written and it was really good. I think it is a recipe that could have a lot of variations so use your imagination.

Went in search for a crescent roll recipe, and found this one...so glad I did! I decided to make a meal out of them by making chicken packets. I made the dough as directed, adding just a bit of basil to the mix(I did soak the freshly ground wheat flour in the milk for 20 min). After cutting the dough, I spread each wedge with a buttery, parmesan, herb cream cheese mixture & topped with saute'd chicken breasts and onions. I rolled them up, and baked as directed. As soon as they came out of the oven, I brushed tops of rolls with garlic butter. When serving, I topped each crescent with a garlic herb cream of chicken sauce. My family loved this! They said the best part was the rolls:) I plan to make again just as rolls. Very easy recipe to make, and the rolls turn out beautiful! Thanks for sharing!!

I divided the dough in 1/2, and each circle was spread with 1 T. melted butter, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning, and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. These are so good! I'm glad I tried this recipe!
