Beautiful, tasty and healthy. Tired of the regular sides, this one is a keeper.

Very good, and so simple! Even my kids and husband liked it. Great way to use up zucchini.

Absolutely easy recipe. Knowing that summer squash can be bland sometimes, at the last minute I thought of putting a couple tablespoons of salsa seasoning in the batter and it was really, really tasty! I have a can of seasoning that can be used for salsa, guacamole, or other tex-mex dishes, and it added just enough zip to keep it from being bland.

I trippled this recipe for 6 people. I did not put in the marjoram, and added about 2 tablespoons of garlic powder. Very delicious! I enjoyed it just as much as leftovers! Will be making again and again!

We enjoyed this. I deviated slightly by chopping my veggies, using fresh garlic, an Italian seasoning blend, rather than the marjoram, and regular table salt. Very colorful and a nice way to use an abundance of squash from your garden.

This is a good way to fix squash. I doubled the seasoning salt, but other than that kept the recipe the same.

I had a good time with this one! I don't have marjoram Nor Italian seasoning but I used oregano, thyme and rosemary. I also put some julienned new potatoes in it and fresh Parmesan on top... very tasty! Thanx for the recipe!

good standard recipe. I did sub fresh garlic for the powdered and added about 5 julienned red potatoes making it more of a hash. Next time I am going to add the tomatoes about half way in though, they got a bit too mushy and ended up making the rest a bit slimey too.

I am not a fan of squash or zucchini, but had some that needed to be used up...the family LOVED this recipe! No leftovers and everyone raved about it!!
