Very delish! Only 2 minor changes: I omitted the marmelade and added a little bit of flour to thicken the remaining sauce before I poured it over the chops. Was a big hit with my very picky man who usually prefers breaded pork chops. Definitely will make again!

No one in my family liked these. I think it's the marmalade. I'm not a marmalade fan, but thought it would work well in a sauce. So, maybe if you like marmalade, you'll like these chops.

These were very good, but I will reduce the water for the sauce next time, found it way to thin. this is a definate doer again!

This way of preparing pork chops is absolutely delicious! I first made it about a month ago, and have since made it again. I serve it with mashed potatoes, green beans and corn, and its a hit!

I followed directions exactly. My Tony said it was good but not impressive. I have to agree. The marmalade made it a little too sweet for us and it just had no zing. Sorry, this was disappointing.

Delicious! Although I needed more than suggested for the "dredging" part, so I added more flour, ground mustard, seasoning and pepper for the last two chops. Very tasty

It was pretty good, although I had some problems.. Towards the middle I thought I did something wrong because the sauce was very thin. But i just added some flour and it came out pretty tasty!

I usually don't care for pork chops because I find it hard to get them tender but these are great...thicken the sauce and pour over...yum!

These were wonderful. After the chops had simmered, I added a little cornstarch and water to the sauce and let it simmer a minute or two longer to thicken. Delicious.

I just made this with what I had in the fridge. I subbed strawberry jam for the orange marmalade and worcestchire for the soy sauce. I also turned the simmer down waaaay low because otherwise, you won'thave much sauce. The flavor is good!! Certainly better than just a bland chop!!

We both really enjoyed this recipe. IT was altered at the last minute, when I realised we'd run out of marmalade - I used mango chutney instead. It was delicious. I also baked the pork chops in the sauce, after frying them in the flour mixture. The meat was so tender when cooked this way. I will definitely be cooking this again!

I FOUND THIS RECIPE VERY EASY AND WITH LOTS OF FLAVOUR. HOWEVER, I FOLLOWED THE RECIPE EXACTLY AND THE SACUE REDUCED ALMOST TO NOTHING SO THE PORK WAS A LITTLE BIT DRY. I WILL MAKE IT AGAIN BUT I WIL INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF INGREDIENTS.

This makes a nice sauce, but I made some modifications: added garlic powder and turmeric to the flour mixture. That might have been why I thought the sauce should've had more tang/citrus flavour. Or it might be my personal taste. In any case, I will likely add some fresh zest or juice next time, and not add the turmeric.
