Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 (3/4 inch) thick pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • MUSTARD SAUCE:
  • 2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture. In a skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil on both sides, about 8 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 20 minutes. Spoon sauce over chips when serving.
