Mushrooms and bell peppers, sauteed with onions and butter until perfectly tender, are stirred with cream of chicken soup and a bit of milk, then cooked until the flavors meld. Use this sauce layered in lasagna or tossed with hot pasta.

Easy Creamy Chicken Mushroom Sauce

Try this fabulously creamy and garlicky sauce over your favorite pasta. Onions, mushrooms and lots of grated garlic are sauteed in butter and blended with cream of mushroom soup, cream and a dash of paprika. Stir in Cheddar cheese and chicken, and serve.

This is a great homemade sauce. It's savory and spicy, as well as thick and chunky. The secret is the combination of Italian sausage, green onions, red wine and red pepper flakes. Easily double or triple amount and top on anything! Even better the next day. Enjoy. 

Pasta with Mushroom and Zucchini Sauce

Mushrooms, zucchini and onion are finely chopped then stewed with butter and garlic until tender. Cream is added at the last minute for a rich vegetarian sauce.
