Loved these! I don't believe they'll make a lima lover out of a hater, but you will love this if you already dig limas. I doubled the recipe and followed it as written. Thanks!

Excellent way to perk up the taste of frozen lima beans! I added black pepper, a teaspoon of chicken base, and a sweet vidalia onion. To make it healthier, I used no calorie spray butter and one packet of splenda. This is my new go-to recipe for lima beans!

I'm proud to be the first on this one. What a great way to have plain ole frozen limas, my husband isn't much of a veggie man, but he had seconds, and was eyeballin' my plate, too. I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe. Cathy, thank you!
