just made this today. very good! made it like the recipe and family loved it. precook potatoes in the microwave and placed it in the foil and grilled it with fish will be making again.

AL I can say is Yummy Yummy Yummy. The only change I made was used sweet potatoes. It was a big hit.

I made these for dinner tonight, and they were absolutely delicious! I made two little changes by boiling the potatoes first to cut down on cooking time on the grill. They browned nicely and the onions and garlic were perfectly cooked. I'm also not a huge fan of parsley, so I substituted fresh rosemary and thyme. Try this recipe...you will not be disapointed! The only thing I might do next time is add bacon, but I think bacon makes everything better :)

These were great! My 5 year old potato hating son loved them. Don't be put off by the mayonnaise. There is no mayo taste/texture in the finished dish. My family doesn't like mayo and we thought this was delish.

These were amazing!! The only thing I changed was I omitted the butter and sprayed the foil with pam instead. However I think next time I will add the butter.

i thought these were awesome! paul liked them, but not as much as me. made with hot dogs and it was a nice match. yum! only one layer of foil and used red potatoes
