These were easy to prep. Took much more cooking time than listed. Took me about 1.5hrs in a 375 degree oven. I thought they were 'ok' - maybe more salt? BUT - everyone at our BBQ raved and wanted the recipe.. so.. maybe my taste buds were off a bit today as everyone else LOVED them!

Pretty good and I had all the ingredients in my pantry or fridge. My husband commented on how good they were. Will definitely make again!

Excellent, excellent recipe! I doubled it, and they are all gone! Both kids and hubby loved - will definitely make again. And again!

Easy, delicious, and everyone loved them. We added some cooked bacon bits (just cause we had them on-hand). We will certainly make this again and again.

I used lowfat mayo and light butter...delicious! I turned the flame to the lowest setting on my grill...really, super terrific. The only thing that I will change for the next time will be a bit more salt and double the onions...I loved the onions!

My husband and kids loves these potatoes! I made a few changes for our taste...I doubled the parmesan, used just a sprinkle of salt, and omitted the paprika. I've learned to rotate the foil package on the grill every 7-8 minutes to lessen overcooking from hot spots. I . gave the recipe 4 stars because I didn't follow it exactly.

My husband said these were the BEST potatoes he's ever had. I really liked them but next time will add more garlic and a tad more salt and pepper. The only change I made to the original recipe was that in addition to parsley, I added cilantro as we really love it and add it to almost everything.

I've made these potatoes three times this past week, they're so good and easy to make. I love that I already had everything in my kitchen so they're a great last minute addition. The last time I made them without the butter and couldn't taste a difference between with and without butter so I will probably continue to omit that ingredient.

This was delicious but a little greasy. Next time I will cut half the butter and mayo. Otherwise it was great.

Very good. I added Provence Herbs b/c I didn't have parsley. I wish I had sprayed the foil - the potatoes stuck to it on one side. Will make again.

My family and I really enjoyed these! I actually cheated and used what I had on hand, which was 2 cans of sliced new potatoes (drained), 1 red onion, and followed the rest of the recipe minus the butter- they were just delicious! I am looking forward to making a bigger batch of these again, with fresh potatoes! (In a pinch, those canned ones worked great, and we grilled on the top rack for about 1/2 hour.)

These we're quite good. I followed the recipe exactly except i used more garlic and added a sliced green pepper. Served these with Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs from this site for a wonderful meal using only the grill, which was perfect as it was a 90 degree day here in New England and i did not want to use my oven!

I loosely followed the recipe. These were good but next time I will try some of the variations I read. Nothing great. But good.

had friends over for dinner and these were a HUGE hit!! I used a bit more mayo b/c I had 6 potatoes and also drizzled a little olive oil over mayo mixture. Microwaved potatoes for about 4 minutes, let cool then sliced. sprinkled in about 2 tsp of ADOBO seasoning and used a bit more garlic....I really greased the foil and they came out really crispy and flavorful! can't wait till the next BBQ!
