My husband and I absolutely love these potatoes! It's been our favorite way to prepare them the past couple weeks since we first tried it!

This is VERY good and easy to make. You can't taste the mayo at all. Already made it 3 times in the last week!

Prepared this according to instructions, with the exception of using dried chives for parsley, using olive oil instead of butter, and using half a medium onion. Threw them on the grill, and one packet was cooked whereas the other one wasn't (my boyfriend uses a charcoal grill, so not enough heat was most likely the issue). I popped that one in the oven. I sampled the mayonnaise mixture before adding it to the potatoes and found it had quite a bit of zing so I was rather disappointed when there wasn't a lot of flavor to the finished product. I liked this recipe because of its simplicity and the fact that I had almost all of the ingredients on hand. I might try it again, adding more cheese and spices as others have suggested, as well as some salt. If that doesn't turn out well, I'll find another recipe.

I also microwaved them first, then put them on the grill. I threw in some extra garlic too. Some were crispy and some were not. The crispy ones were yummy too.

I had never grilled potatoes before. But, for dinner, I had planned on grilling asparagus so I figured...why not? These turned out quite well! I will hold on to this recipe for a while!

This was fabulous. I microwaved the potatoes in the microwave first, then put them in a few tin foils packets (thin layers) and threw them on the grill while the chicken was cooking. I used a little extra garlic and pepper. This dish is a keeper!

This recipe is great as is. I've made it twice this week; once on the grill and once in the oven. Loved it both ways. The grilled version had more "crispies" than the oven. Thanks--this one is a keeper!

3.5 stars, really. These were good and easy. I used baby red potatoes in place of the baking potatoes. Would make again for an easy grilled side dish.

We made 2 individual pouches and they turned out great. Next time we are going to add some bacon to the packs as a change, but the basic recipe is a keeper. SO easy and tasty, we too used some extra cheese and garlic, and were glad we had. It is a definite winner for us!!

I found these a little on the bland side. My children (teens and adults) liked them but my husband wasn't crazy about them. I followed other advice and added extra parmesan and garlic because those are both things we like. They didn't come out crispy at all but I did increase the recipe size to six servings so that is probably why. I also used a disposable foil pan sealed with foil which worked great. I will definitely make them again but not in such a large batch so they can be crispy. Everyone wants to tweak things for themselves and I think the basics of this recipe are great. I will definitely make it again!

I used a combination of small red potatoes and red onion. These were so delicious and very easy. I coated the foil with Pam so it wouldn't stick. I never knew mayo would be so good with potaotes!
