We usually half recipe for just me and my husband (2 ears). This recipe is fantastic and cheap. A lot of the coating cooks into the foil so feel free to be generous with it on the corn! Great recipe.

My family loves this recipe. I didn't change a thing about it. Every time we grill corn this is the recipe we use!

This was a hit! My health conscious family had no idea there was mayo in the recipe!

The corn turned out great and was very delicious. However, I would recommend leaving out the parmesan cheese and saving it to sprinkle on at the table. It completely stuck to the foil, even though I greased the foil. I also wouldn't recommend grilling the corn for the length of time written. It only needs 15 minutes.

Made this with Light Miracle Whip, as that's what we generally have on hand, and it was really delicous. I could not taste any individual flavors, but it gave the corn a great flavor overall. I made the mistake of putting all of the ears in 1 foil packet and it was difficult to turn on the grill. I recommend wrapping them individually as the recipe states.

We loved it!! I used powder parmesan cheese, the type used for pizza, it worked great. I used low fat mayo and a dash of liquid smoke. I can't wait to use it again!

Very flavorful. Should have grilled a bit longer but nonetheless, still a nice alternative to the traditional grilled corn. Didn't have parsley so I substituted with Vegetable seasoning by McCormick. Will probably make again, but just grill longer (10 minutes more) and turn halfway thru grilling.

The sauce was delicious but the corn came out mushy. I would recommend cooking the corn and then rolling the corn in the sauce like it's better.

Nothing signals the start of summer like grilled corn on the cob at a BBQ! We got the first corn of the season in stores and I was eager to start grilling! I used Hellman's light mayo and smoked paprika vs. regular paprika. I sprayed a bit of Pam on the foil so nothing would stick. This was so easy - who knew mayo could taste so good? This definitely takes regular grilled corn and makes it "savory"!

nothing much to write home about. Seems like a lot of extra fat and calories for virtually no flavor addition. The spread was somewhat tasty on its own and I used it on my hamburger, but the corn would have been just as good with just salt and butter.
