Made this twice, once with frozen corn and once with fresh. The spices actually stayed on better after cooking on the frozen corn, so my husband liked the frozen better. Great spices together.

I love this recipe, and have made these many many times. I usually used onion powder and extra parm.

This was delicious. We used chopped up fresh onion instead of minced. A keeper.

This is always a hit when I make it. Every time I do make it people want the recipe. I do use fresh onions when I make chopping them as small as I choose.

This corn is amazing! My husband and I love it. I bake it in the oven at 400 for 30 minutes since I don't always feel like firing up the grill just for corn, and it's just as good. Apparently it makes for good dip too - once I went to put the corn on the grill, and when I came back in everyone was using the leftover spread as a veggie dip!

This was fabulous!!! My boys and even my husband really loved it. No one had any idea there was mayonaise on it. It comes out so moist, you don't even have to add butter! Be sure to use HEAVY foil and watch your grill, so it doesn't get too hot and cook too quickly. It isn't so tasty when it's burned.

made this recipe tonight . wonderful grilled corn(35 minutes on grill). Loved the sauce. I forgot the cheese, but it was just as tasty! I used the leftover sauce to dip my veggies and bread in. Yum!

Awesomely delicious and very easy to prep and grill.... Kid friendly as I rolled the foil down for a make shift handle for wee hands. Make sure you dont overcook them. I took them off as soon as the corn scent hit my nose.....About 15 minutes on our grill....

This was a real supprise. Mayo? I used low fat mayo, it was all I had, and followed the recipe. Could not taste the mayonnaise when it was done. Reyonlds Release wrap is a big bonus. From what others said, the cheese sticks to the foil.

GREAT recipe! The flavors combine really well, each complementing the other...and using canola oil mayo adds healthy Omega-3 essential oils without all the nasty fat! A definite keeper for our frequent BBQs! Thanks so much for this recipe!

I tried corn made this way at a BBQ cook-off several years back, and LOVED it, then couldn't remember the recipie. We had this at our 4th of July party and it was a wonderful hit!

I was in a hurry so I used this recipe on microwaved corn on the rob rather than roasting it. I just used the mayonnaise mixture as a spread. It was good - the combination of spices are an interesting flavor. I think next time I will try mixing them with butter or margarine rather than mayonnaise, though.
