I tried this last night with some rib-eye steaks we picked up from an organic butcher and no-joke, this was easily the best tasting steak, I've ever had.
The marinade was also quite easy, I unfortunately did not have the soy sauce on hand (so I skipped it) or the onion powder and just substituted with garlic salt. Also instead of marinating this for the 2 days the recipe calls for, I took the recommendation of another reviewer and microwaved the marinade for a minute and then doused the steaks with it and let it sit for an hour at room temperature.
The steaks came out fantastically - this recipe is a keeper!
