1/2 cup Smucker's® Orchard's Finest™ Coastal Valley Peach Apricot Preserves
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon finely grated ginger root
I wanted something different to try on green beans because I hate green beans unless smothered in something delicious... this was delicious! Because of what I had on hand I made the following modifications: instead of apricot peach jam I mashed up a half of canned peach and stirred into apricot jelly. I also heated it on the stove stop to help further breakdown the peach pieces. Yummy sauce with so few ingredients!
This sauce is awesome with any cut of Pork or Chicken
