very good, but the cornstarch made it very pasty. the second time that i made it, i didn't use cornstarch and it came out much better.

Tastes just like apple pie without the crust. I served these alongside Sage Pork Chops with mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans and it was all delicious!

Just Yummy. I love nutmeg, I might add a dash next time, or yummy cloves. My boyfriend made this over breakfast oatmeal.

These are so good and so easy. Eat them by themselves, with vanilla ice cream or with pancakes (we had them with pumpkin pancakes the other night). Everyone loves them.

Very good, quick and easy. I used Splenda brown sugar to bring the carbohydrate count down a little. Then I served over pancakes in which I added a little cinnamon into the batter. A great breakfast.

These are beyond simple to make, and the taste is exceptional! I've used the same recipe for sweet potatoes too with great results. I would not change a thing.

Very good. I cut this in half, just for my boys and I. I added 1/2 tsp. of maple flavoring just for kicks. Really good with steel cut oats.

I made this recipe exactly as it says and it was wonderful. My family loves "cinnamon apples" and I was disappointed with a baked apple recipe from this site. This is faster, easier and tastier. Thanks for sharing.

These were alright. They reminded me of an apple pie from Micky D's without the crust, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I might mess with the recipe, and see what happens.

Yum!! I tried it once leaving the peels on and it wasn't bad, but better without the peels. I made these twice when we had company and they loved it. So easy to make too.

I've made these at least 10 times and they are amazing. I follow the recipe exactly, and put them on top of waffles, pancakes, or pack them with my lunch. My family loves this recipe.
