Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh Italian sausage links, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cubed yellow summer squash
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage in oil until no longer pink; drain. Add squash, onions and garlic; cook for 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper; heat through.
