1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage
1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1 large red pepper, cut into strips, halved
1 (10 ounce) tub PHILADELPHIA Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust
I made this exactly according to the directions, and didn't care for it much. I liked the garlic cooking cream flavor, but I think there were too many mushrooms and peppers for my taste. My family didn't care for it either. Will probably not make again.
I made these today for lunch because I had the cooking cream and refrigerated pizza dough to use up. I used homemade Italian sausage, onion instead of red pepper, Parmesan instead of mozzarella and added Pepperoni. I only used about two Tablespoons of cream. I think more than that would have made it too juicy. These were very good and can be altered to personal preferences.
