I took it to a potluck and it was completely gone, so I think everyone liked it!

I added 7 large eggs, 7 slices whole wheat bread, added some minced dried onion in with my sausage while it browned, and topped with more cheese and some jalepenos. Next time I will topped with thinly sliced tomatoes near the end of cooking. Very good.

This was perfect for feeding folks after church. Made the casserole exactly as directed Saturday night, took it out of the fridge & put it in the oven on "time bake" before we left for church Sunday morning. When we arrived home, the house smelled wonderful. The casserole was done and rested for the required time while we set out drinks and washed our hands! While I might experiment with seasoning and ingredients, it will only be out a sense of adventure. The recipe is perfect as is.

I thought this was excellent! Here are my revisions: 8 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 c. cottage cheese, onion flakes. Delish!

This is a family pleaser. I add extra cheese on top as soon as I take it out of the oven. I usually serve fresh fruit on the side, and it is a staple in my house.

YUM!!! So nice and easy to make the night before! I used 8 eggs to fill the pan more and an extra 1/2 c milk. I waited to add the cheese until right before it went in the over and then just sprinkled the cheese over the top. Everyone loved it!!

This is my favorite not just for breakfast/brunch, but my family likes it for dinner as well. I add a cup of sharp cheese in addition to the cheddar. Gives it a little more flavor. I have also tried it with some sauteed onion. This is a superb recipe.

Delicious! I made two versions: One vegetarian friendly, one note. Both were a huge success. In place of sausage I used morning star sausage links. After cooking them on the stove top I minced them and added to the dish. The only significant different I made to both dishes was added sauteed onions and garlic. Overall - fabulous dish that I will use many times to come. thanks!

This was fast, easy and very good. The only thing I changed is that I added roasted green chile! It added the extra kick that it needed. Next time I will add some mushrooms.

I made this for a family get-together. Everyone raved! I did 2 things different: I drained the sausage & I used seasoning salt in place of the regular salt.

This was very tastey & easy. I wanted to feed a few more people so, I made 1 1/2 times the recipe. This fit perfectly in a 9x13 baking dish. The basic recipe is a good 4 star recipe as is but, if you really want to bump it up to a 5 star... Add 1 medium onion chopped, 1 green bell pepper chopped, 1/2 lb cubed ham and some sage. Cook this along with the sausage... the aroma is heavenly! As recommended, I assembled this dish the night before and let it sit out 1/2 hour the next morning before cooking. It was taking longer to cook than I expected so after about 25 minutes, I bumped the temp up to 400 for 10 minutes, then to 450 for another 10 minutes and it came out fine. It might have taken longer to cook because I increased the recipe size. Next time I'll just allow for extra cooking time in my schedule.

This was a really easy, good caserole. The only suggestion I would make is to drain the sausage before mixing it all together, as it did seem a little greasy after baking. Will definitely make it again.

This is a great recipe. It's always a hit! I had a bunch of leftover Easter Ham in my freezer and I used that instead of the sausage, it was delicious! My dad mentioned that with the ham it would be even better with onions and peppers, I'll try that next time!

OK, I tried it and thought it was really good. I used precooked sausage links (it was all I had) and added some onion with cubed ham. The pre cooked sausage was really strong. I do plan to make this again with your recipe without adding anything.

Very good. I used egg beaters and "gimme lean" (soy meat subsitute) and it was very good. Good low-fat option to the Jimmy Dean type of product and difficult to tell difference in this kind of recipe.
