Very good, I used hot Italian sausages and made it with 1 % milk.

This was a huge hit at my morning meeting and several people asked for the recipe. I added about a 1/4 cup of chopped green onions and used season salt instead of regular. The casserole took closer to an hour to cook but I used a deeper, but shorter, 2 quart dish.

Great recipe! I used maple-flavored sausage and sauteed chopped onion in a tablespoon of melted butter and added to casserole. It tasted wonderful. I prepped this in the morning and made it for dinner. I needed to add 10 minutes to the cook time in order for it to really firm up but I will definitely make this again. Might add some chopped bacon since hubby LOVES it.

So delicious!! I planned to make my egg casserole for my husband and his 3 buddies after a morning hunt. I soon realized I only had 5 eggs, but could not get to the store without taking 3 small kiddos...no thanks, so I came across this. I lessened each ingredient since I was still lacking an egg, and used whole grain wheat bread! Not a drop remained of this, it was quite delicious. Oh, and it only soaked for maybe 20 minutes before I cooked it, so no worries for anyone doing this at the last minute.

This was a great, easy recipe. I omitted the mustard because not all the family likes mustard. I also didn't have time to let it sit overnight, so I mixed everything up in the morning and then cooked it. It was great! The kids absolutely loved it!

I thought this recipe was alright, but my kids all RAVED about it, so it gets 5 stars. We made it with gimme lean vegetarian sausage and rice milk, due to dietary neccesities. We put it together in the am before school and ate if for dinner. I made a double batch and there were no leftovers. We will definitely make it again.

This tastes good but I'm not that impressed. It needed a few more eggs and I would have added a small chopped onion if I were to make it again.

I cooked this in a slightly smaller dish and will do that again next time. Very good recipe, however.

I added 7 large eggs, 7 slices whole wheat bread, added some minced dried onion in with my sausage while it browned, and topped with more cheese and some jalepenos. Next time I will topped with thinly sliced tomatoes near the end of cooking. Very good.

This was perfect for feeding folks after church. Made the casserole exactly as directed Saturday night, took it out of the fridge & put it in the oven on "time bake" before we left for church Sunday morning. When we arrived home, the house smelled wonderful. The casserole was done and rested for the required time while we set out drinks and washed our hands! While I might experiment with seasoning and ingredients, it will only be out a sense of adventure. The recipe is perfect as is.

This is a family pleaser. I add extra cheese on top as soon as I take it out of the oven. I usually serve fresh fruit on the side, and it is a staple in my house.

YUM!!! So nice and easy to make the night before! I used 8 eggs to fill the pan more and an extra 1/2 c milk. I waited to add the cheese until right before it went in the over and then just sprinkled the cheese over the top. Everyone loved it!!

This is my favorite not just for breakfast/brunch, but my family likes it for dinner as well. I add a cup of sharp cheese in addition to the cheddar. Gives it a little more flavor. I have also tried it with some sauteed onion. This is a superb recipe.

Delicious! I made two versions: One vegetarian friendly, one note. Both were a huge success. In place of sausage I used morning star sausage links. After cooking them on the stove top I minced them and added to the dish. The only significant different I made to both dishes was added sauteed onions and garlic. Overall - fabulous dish that I will use many times to come. thanks!

This was fast, easy and very good. The only thing I changed is that I added roasted green chile! It added the extra kick that it needed. Next time I will add some mushrooms.
