Great tasting super easy recipe. Most items can be subbed with something else (thankfully). Couldn't stop eating it. No beef, double sausage. White chili beans because didn't have kidney beans. 2 cups of pasta (rotini) since a half cup totally disappeared. Parm instead of Romano. Sea salt to your taste, and didn't have spinach so omitted. Can't wait to get the right beans and cheese just to try it again.

Very hearty and made lots. Leftovers were very tasty. Freshly grated Romano cheese set it off nicely.

This was real good, except it was kinda bland. It needed salt, and a small dash of tabasco.

I made this recipe twice just to be sure, but it was just ok. Not bad or great just ok. I am always looking for good soup recipes but will not be making this one again. Most reviews thought it was great so just had to give me opinion that I did not think so.

Tasty comfort food-type soup for a chilly night - great with a chunk of crusty bread. I used all sausage (because I was looking for a recipe to use up a large amount) and didn't miss the beef. It was also quick and easy to get on the table at the end of a long day, which is always a winner at our house.

I'm always skeptical of "label" recipes but this one is very good. I added much more basil than called for, and used Pecorino Romano for extra zing. I served it with a green salad, some crusty garlic bread, and a tasty Australian shiraz. My wife and guests all loved it.
