Ingredients

  • 1 pound Bob Evans® Original or Zesty Hot Sausage Roll
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 cup thick and chunky salsa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 flour tortillas (6 inches), cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned, stirring to separate. Drain. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and half the cheese. Spoon into 2 quart shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
