Everyone loves it when I make these. I add a 1/4 slice of bacon on top with a toothpick to hold it in place and then bake them.

I have made this recipe twice now for family events and it has been a big hit. All of my relatives can't get enough! I did run out of jalapenos though so I substituted in some green and yellow bell peppers. The yellow bell peppers really bring out all the flavors. Also, I found that if you want more of kick with the jalapenos, keep the seeds and mix them back in with the sausage mixture. I love spicy. Thanks for this great recipe!

Made this for a church event and they were gone within no time at all! It is a good amount of heat (definitely not for those who dislike spicy), but I was thrilled with hot easy they were to make and how yummy they tasted. As long as you have the time to de-seed the peppers, this is a winner of an appetizer!

I give this a 4 due to my personal need for doctoring this recipe to make it more flavorful. I used a combination of ground pork and chorizo sausage for the filling. I also added a few cloves of minced garlic and onion. In addition to the cream cheese and parmesan, I added some colby jack. I also made the stuffing the day before which helped the flavor. All in all, a great recipe--it just needed a tweak or two.

I made these for a BBQ and they were a huge hit. I was surprised at how mild the jalapenos are after removing the seeds and baking them. Will definitely be making these again, possibly bacon wrapped next time.

I wanted to give these a high mark, because I love jalapenos and love filled jalapenos even more. However, these didn't not come through for me. The presentation was good, with a creamy texture with the crisp jalapeno. However, the overall flavor fell short for me. Creative, but not a 5 star.
