"This delicious recipe using a packaged stuffing mix was given to me some years ago by a friend. A salad and bread of your choice is all youll need for a filling lunch or dinner. Its so versatile, you can even serve it at brunch. -Kathleen Grant, Swan Lake, Montana"

Our whole family really enjoyed this. I used Stove Top sage which really added to the flavors. I didn't have any jack cheese so I used sharp cheddar. I also added 2T dried onion flake instead of the onion and 2t garlic powder instead of crushed garlic. Oh and I used about 3# of sausage. I don't think 1/2# would be nearly enough. This is a great base recipe that we'll definitely make and play around with again! Thank you!

I'm so excited about this recipe. I don't like salt at all, so I was a little nervous about using prepackaged stuffing. So I used a cup of converted rice (2 cups cooked), 1lb sausage, and a bit more spinach. It turned out great. I love the flavors together. I'm going to use this one over and over! So easy to put together.

I really liked this. Hubby thought it was a little salty, not me. My teen boys didn't care for it - I put in too much onion for their tastes. Great throw-together. Would definitely work with whatever you happen to have in the fridge.
