This meal was quick and easy. I good way to use up left over sausage. I didn't quite have the exact ingredients it called for so I had to sustitute but it turned out great. Both my husband and two year old loved it. We make our own sausage so that's what I used, and it was already cooked since it was left over from the night before. I didn't have crushed tomatoes so I used 1 can of stewed tomatoes and pureed them with a hand mixer to make smooth and I used 1 can of tomato soup. I also didn't have spaghetti so I used 3 cups of penne noodles and mixed them into the sauce. It turned out awesome and I will definetly make it again, probably with the same modifications.
