An amazing quiche! Great tasting! I used ground turkey rather than pork sausage and it was still tasty! I did add some usual seasoning like pepper, onion salt, and garlic salt.

I've made this a few times and it's always a hit. We have tried it with turkey sausage (a fave) as well as with a combo of diced ham and real bacon pieces and almost always with egg beaters instead of eggs. Usually I just use cheddar and cottage cheese but have thrown in the swiss on occassion. The cottage cheese is the IT factor for this recipe.

I made this for Christmas breakfast and put in a pie plate. It was awesome. I have since made it on a snowy morning and now am making it for sunrise church service for Easter. I used all cheddar cheese and did use the cottage cheese. I think the cottage cheese makes it very creamy

I added a can of green chilis and baked in a pie crust. Left out the cottage cheese. It was awesome!

Didn't add the cottage cheese, but turned out wonderful! Yum! Used 2 small pie pans to make 2 different ones. Added mushrooms and onions to one. I used Taco cheese. It added a really good flavor!

Very good. I used sage sausage and added a bit of parsley, salt, and pepper for flavor. I didn't realize, though, that bf was hungrier than usual this morning, and we ended up eating something else for breakfast bc he couldn't wait. When it was done we each tried a small piece and we both like it. I halved the recipe and made it in a loaf pan with egg beaters. Worked perfectly and was done at 35 min. If it hadn't been for bf's impatience this would've been a nice weekend breakfast. Thanks for the recipe!

I made it for Christmas Brunch and everyone loved it. I even used turkey sausage meat for one and soy sausage meat for the other and they both were good!
