This is a VERY good and simple recipe! I used zesty italian dressing and added 1 tbsp asian hot sauce (my hubby loves spicey food), then served it over rice. It was quick to make and very filling!

Excellent. I usually play with recipes a lot, but I decided to go with the recipe exactly as it was written and the flavor was excellent.

This is so good and easy! You can use the frozen bag of stir fry mix (tri-color bell peppers & onion) instead of fresh for an easier preparation. I cooked that mix in the oil for about 3 minutes before adding the remaining ingredients. I served this over the Cheese Polenta recipe that I got from this site and topped with fresh Italian Parsley! So much flavor! YUM!

This is super easy and very lean. I did add some rotel as suggested by another reviewer. It not only complimented the meal...it added more color which gave it a nicer presentation. My hubby liked this too which is good since his trying to trim down. I'll make this again and would recommend it to a friend.=)Thank you!!!!

Tasted good. A good recipe to spice up monthly food rotations. Something different.

Really enjoyed this recipe. We had it with brown rice. I did not have red peppers but added zucchini. My 8-year old daughter loved it. Next time I think I will add a can of diced tomatoes like suggested in an earlier review.

This was very good exactly as is. It's also very easy, thank you for submitting it. I never thought of using Italian dressing instead of oil, it's a wonderful idea. The red onions are also a nice change from what I'm used to. Just a quick note. You can also add a can of diced tomatoes when you add the sausage and it makes for a nice sauce that is still good over rice and great over pasta. It makes the meal go a bit farther, which is helpful to those of us with teenagers.

I didn't have the kielbasa so I used italian sausage. I browned that, sopped off the fat and added it back to the vegetables. I served over rice and everyone loved it! Kind of like italian sausage sandwiches but easy and I didn't need the buns!
