WE LOVE THIS! The only changes I made was that I used sugar-free syrup and 2 extra sausages (I only had a 10 pack). I also cut the sausage into smaller bite sized pieces. Hubby not a big fruit person, so for him to give a thumbs up is a huge plus! We love syrup on bacon so I had to try this! So happy I did! THANK YOU!

Calling this a pancake is a bit of a misnomer in my opinion. The "pancake" part is more like a baked omelet and does taste like one. The "filling" is definitely more of a topping but after baking this I can see why the submitter called it a filling. The edges of the omelet rise up in the oven while baking, and you sort of fill in between the edges when you add the syrup. This is certainly a unique dish, I must say. I don't have pancake syrup so I used the peach syrup from the jar of peaches and added some sugar so it would thicken. I ended up overcooking it a bit and the sauce was caramelized, but it turned out fine that way. I used bacon bc all of my sausage is frozen solid, and it worked fine. If you like trying unique dishes, this one is certainly worth a second look. Thanks for the recipe.

This is Officially the weirdest pancakes I have ever had.... Loved the peaches but the sausages kinda didn't work. I tried just erasing them altogether but it didn't work out.... So I added some mixed crushed nuts. YUMMY!
