I thought it was pretty good, but my kids didn't like it.

I subbed fresh ingredients (spinach, tomatoes) and found this recipe easy to make and pretty decent. This wasn't a super flavorful dish but was satisfying enough for me (especially with some extra basil). I also found that the sauce mixture didn't reduce as much as expected, so it was a little more soupy than it was pasta sauce-ey. However, this worked well for me as I refrigerated my leftovers and each subsequent meal was still moist and yummy!

This so so easy, and tastes like a meal you would get at a good restaurant. Husband requests this often! We have used hot, mild, and turkey sausage and its equally as tasty either way. I use fresh grape tomatoes and fresh chopped spinach, also add about 1/3 cup of red wine with the broth, and a bit of cornstarch to thicken it a bit. Love it with the wine!

Loved this flavorful and easy dish! Also liked the fact that there was enough left for the two of us to have the leftovers tomorrow night! Make sure to reduce the sauce somewhat before adding the pasta. Great recipe...thanks!!

This is an AWESOME recipe. The only difference for me was... I used sweet turkey sausage (removed casting), dried parsley (didn't have basil), Kale instead of spinach, asparagus and a tad bit of salt. Oh and a small amount of tomato paste and a dash of redp pepper flakes. OMG it is DELISH!!!!!!!!!! Def a keeper.

This is an excellent, easy recipe. I did use fresh tomatoes and fresh spinach. I used a spicy italian sausage; removed it from casing and browned it in larger chunks that made for a very flavorful sauce. Also, reduced amount of chicken broth by half. I'm sure I will making this many more times.

We all enjoyed this, but I was confused by the broth/sauce. Like K-Dub, my sauce didn't reduce much so next time I will omit the juice from the can of diced tomatoes. Overall this was a nice, light pasta dish perfect for a warm evening.

This was good, but not as wow as I was hoping. But, good and easy. I'll make again.
