1 pound bulk Italian sausage
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
2/3 cup picante sauce
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon chili powder

DIRECTIONS
In a large saucepan, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.

I don't like homemade chili and I LOVED this. My husband loved it as well. It's super delicious...definitely a favorite recipe of ours.

This was pretty good. . .I used chorizo (casing removed), 2 cups crushed tomatoes, 2 cups frozen corn, and half an onion. Topped with scallions and sour cream. Yum.
