These baked up beautifully and were the perfect consitency. As written, I gave 5 stars for the kids...they loved them! I have a daughter with egg allergies, so without pancakes, waffles, or anything with whole eggs, it is difficult to find a special breakfast for her. This was it!!! If I was making these for me, I would give it a 4 star rating. I would definately add some onions, peppers, and chopped mushrooms to the sausage as it was cooking. But what a great basic recipe with endless possibilities. I plan to freeze a few to have on hand for a satisfying breakfast on the go!!!
