This actually took me about an hour to prep and another hour to cook, so it was a very involved recipe. I am slow, but I'm not sure who could do this prep in 25 minutes. Still, I enjoyed the outcome. Probably not enough to do all this work unless I find myself with lots of time on my hands, though.

A bit of work but sooo good! I have been using mild italian sausage and leaving out the fennel. Definately a keeper!

I thought the stuffing was a little bland. It needs a kick. If I were interested (which I'm not) I'd try again experiementing with spices. I'll just find another recipe to use.

this recipe was amazing. my family loved it. but i used onion powder instead of whole onions cause i cant stand to eat any kind of onion whole. and it still came out amazing

This was absolutely delicious. I loved it. I give it 5 stars. My kids gave it 4 stars, because they didn't like the bell pepper in the filling, and aren't a huge fan of sausage. But, I think that it tasted wonderful.
