Didn't have sausage, but did have bacon. It turned out great!

It's ok, but basically you're eating a ton of cheese.

This turned out really well and was super easy to make. I used the frozen shreds (defrosted them first). This would feed 4 adults easily.

Amazing! Was one of the best casseroles that I have had. I did add a green pepper and 8 eggs instead of 6. Other than that, perfect the way it is written!

I love this recipe, have made it several times. I make exactly as said, but use a bag of fresh hashbrowns. I have also used egg substitute, low fat cottage cheese, low fat cheddar and chicken sausage and it turns out awesome, my husband loved it too.

Used 8 eggs and added 1/2 bell pepper chopped per other reviews. Also pre-baked the hashbrown mixture for a bit to get a little crispy then poured the egg mix over the top and baked for the full time. AWESOME! New family fave!

this is very tasty and a good thing to make when you have company over... I used hashbrowns as the bottom layer, and I use 8 or 9 eggs. very yummy it disappears fast!

My husband and I loved it. It was spicy and tasty (but not too strong).
