This was very good just wish it was not so fattening. Was a great comfort for a cold snowy Sunday morning.. I made no changes and used a 9x13 pyrex. I cooked up very nice. It was a great way to use up that last cup of pancake mix.

I cooked in a 13 x 9 pan for 40 minutes. I used a 1/2 can of seasoned petite diced tomatoes instead of 2 medium tomatoes. It turned out very good!

This was very good. Be sure to spray your pan. It comes out perfectly. I'm glad I checked it at 40 minutes. It was done; probably should've checked it 5 minutes before that. My temp wasn't even quite 350. Leftovers heated nicely in the nuker. This is very filling!

I recalculated and made 2 servings. Added only 3 eggs and it still came out very nicely, but a little dry. Sour cream and salsa solved that problem! The servings were large so for us it was 4 servings...and we'll enjoy a 2nd day. Easy and quick.

Pretty tasty. I altered this -- only used 3 eggs to keep it lighter. Used ~1/3lb sausage, and upped the veggies. Used fresh mushrooms, not canned. Tasty and versatile recipe - it's worth mixing and matching veggies/cheeses/meats to your liking!

Delicious and beautiful. I used extra tomatoes and fresh mushrooms. Rave reviews from all, even the non-egg lovers.
