Outstanding breakfast burritos, and a healthy, low calorie meal! Used Chili Seasoning Mix II from this site, Hatch mild chopped green chiles, and 9” LaTortilla Factory whole wheat tortillas. Omitted the salsa. Half of the wraps were frozen for a future fishing trip. This recipe is a definite make again. Ed, thanks for sharing.

VERY GOOD! Made a big 9x13. We used 1 bob evan's breakfast sauasge tub. We only used half of the egg, but next time we would use all of it. only half a can of green chilies.

Delicious! Great for breakfast "on the go". I cut back on the serving size as I was making this for two. I used Bob Evans microwave sausage links and Garden Vegetable Egg Beaters. I added a little garlic along with a bit of salt and cracked black pepper. I also added some reduced fat Cheddar cheese because what's a breakfast wrap without cheese! I served this with a side of salsa and reduced fat sour cream - YUM!

I tweaked it a little to take to a church function, but it was a great individual brunch item! I left out the chilies and used eggs. I also found the idea of baking it to be unnecessary and cooked it all on the stovetop. I browned the meat then added the onion and pepper. After the vegetables were softened, I seasoned and added the eggs. It all cooked up great in only a few minutes.

Great, even with all my changes! I used breakfast roll sausage, hash brown potatoes, 6 regular eggs, and wheat tortillas; no onion or chili powder (too spicy for the kids). They were thrilled, and they were a wonderful, easy, grab-n-go breakfast for a cold day, plus a nutritional boost for an all-day test today. This is a versatile and easy recipe, and it made enough to fill 15 7" tortillas!

I loved these...making them for boyfriend next week which will be the true test. A little on the spicy side, I usually omit the green chiles and buy a mild salsa but that fixes it right up for me.

We all loved this. I don't usually keep egg substitute on hand, so I used six eggs. Four whites, two yolks. I used D's Salsa, which is also from this site, and garnished the wraps with NF sour cream and 2% cheese. I also used low carb wraps. Kids and I inhaled them. There was half leftover but I'm sure we'll have no problem finding someone to eat the leftovers. Next time, I might add more chopped veggies, like mushrooms and zucchini. NOTE: Most of the ingredients for this recipe I found on the cheap at my local discount grocery store. Making this cost very little.
