Here's what I did when I was making this recipe for a quick dinner for the kids last night: 1. Cooked the sausage in the microwave first. 2. Flattened the dough with my fingers. 3. Gave each cooked sausage a quick squeeze with a paper towel to remove excess grease. 4. Placed each sausage on a biscuit and rolled it up without adding any other ingredient. 5. Placed the biscuits on a sheet without slicing them and baked them for 12 minutes. They were so good! My 9-year-old even asked for more, but sadly there were none left. Next time I'll have to double the recipe!

I made these this morning to share with my co-workers in celebration of someone’s anniversary, and everyone on the team absolutely loved them! I made three changes to the original recipe: 1. I did not use any butter at all. 2. I used apple maple chicken sausage for a healthier meat alternative. 3. I used Italian seasoning instead of only using oregano. Even though this was my first attempt at making them, prep was SUPER quick and easy. The cooking temperature as well as the cooking time were both perfect.

These are delicious! I didn't melt the butter, just spread it on lightly.

Really quick recipe for a potluck brunch. You can make it fancy with herbs or seeds on the outside, and the butter on the inside isn't necessary.

I will have to try this one again. The bottoms of the biscuits burned. I think perhaps it was the pan I used. I will try again though.

I was a little skeptical at the simplicity of these but they were absolutely great. My husband said they were perfect for dipping in syrup. I thought they were tasty as is. They are good for those mornings with lots of mouths to feed and not enough time to cook an all out breakfast. I would also think these were great to throw in a bag on those early morning road trips.

This is a great variation of pigs in blankets. I was looking for a recipe that didn't use yeast, and this was a great option. Very tasty.
