I made these this morning to share with my co-workers in celebration of someone’s anniversary, and everyone on the team absolutely loved them!
I made three changes to the original recipe:
1. I did not use any butter at all.
2. I used apple maple chicken sausage for a healthier meat alternative.
3. I used Italian seasoning instead of only using oregano.
Even though this was my first attempt at making them, prep was SUPER quick and easy. The cooking temperature as well as the cooking time were both perfect.
