I needed a recipe for the green beans from the garden and some fresh sausage from a friend. I added cooked brown rice, 3 cups of chicken stock, and some creole seasoning that we always have on the table. Then it really was enough to feed our family. Without the rice it wouldn't have been 4 servings for sure. In the end I thought it was decent, but the fact that my 3 girls ate it up moved it from 3 to 4 stars for me. Thanks!
