Original Recipe Yield 10 to 12 balls
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound fresh, ground pork sausage
  • 1/2 pound fresh, ground spicy pork sausage
  • 3 ounces processed cheese sauce
  • 2 cups buttermilk biscuit dry mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine regular sausage with spicy sausage, cheese and biscuit mix. Mix well and form into small balls, about 1 to 1 1/2 inches diameter. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake until fully cooked, about 15 minutes.
