Very good and keeps well. I used ~2/3 cups sugar as I didn't like it so sweet. I told them it was "sweet and sour salad". Everyone loved it.

I was kind of sceptical when i tried this dish. it took a bit of time to prepare everything. but when it was done, it came out great. only thing, someone forgot to put heat sugar and vinegar mixture until sugar dissolves. but i figured this out. i'm taking this to a function with a bunch of kids tonight and will see how it goes over there. but personally, i like it!
