Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup white sugar

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the sauerkraut, green peppers, red peppers, celery, onion, vinegar and sugar. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight before serving.
