I don't even recognize this recipe. 2 cubes beef boulion should be 1 can beer. They changed the amounts as well on all of the ingredents.

Not a good recipe. Cheating way and meat doesn't taste like sauerbraten at all.

If this is sauerbraten then Mc'D's is a hamburger. Where's the vinegar? My dad was born and raised in Austria and my mom is from Germany, so trust me, I know what this recipe should be. If you're looking for sauerbraten, please don't make this, as any good recipe should be marinated for, at the very least, three days in vinegar.
