Increased the recipe for six boneless chops, fed my family of four quite well with a rice bed (to soak up the sauce!) and a small salad. Excellent sauce indeed. This would probably be awesome with chicken breasts or perhaps fish.

I made this exactly as the recipe stated and it was very moist and tasty. Even my picky teenager liked it! The tastes were actually subtle, not overpowering. Very good!

So good! I added finely chopped mushrooms with the onions. Followed everything else and fiancé looooved it! It's a keeper and so easy.

My family loved this dish! I served it with pasta and green beans and it was a big hit. Next time I would saute the onions and maybe add some mushrooms..

Sauce was too thin so I added cornstarch and made a gravy out of it, otherwise this is definitely a keeper!!!!

Super yummy, the mix of sweet and spicy was wonderful. I used a little corn starch to thicken up the sauce after cooking. We will have this again.

The maple syrup stood out much more than I expected it would and make it a bit too sweet. Toned down, this would be very good. I used real grade A dark amber maple syrup (the best!).

the ONLY reason this got 4 stars is because of the spiciness. I like spicy food but my husband not so much. I didnt think it would be as spicy as it was but it lit my poor husbands mouth on fire lol. I also used red wine vinegar instead of cider (because thats what I had) The sauce was delicious and we will definitely make it again but with no chili powder. Maybe just some chili flakes for a kick instead. A great recipe though!

I'm not a big pork chop fan or a fan of pork chops but my husband is so i gave it a try and we both loved it. I will start making pork chops more often. I did add a little corn starch and it make a nice thick sauce (a little too thick because I didn't quite realize how little you need so I had to then add a little broth)

I really liked the flavors in the sauce, but I agree that it is too thin and runny. I even tried thickening it up before pouring over the pork chops. The pork chops were very tender. If the sauce was thicker, I would give this recipe more stars.
