This was an excellent recipe. I did cut down on the maple syrup to 1/3 cup though. I actually made this over a period of 2 days. I cooked the pork chops one day and the next day (a very busy one) tossed together the sauce and baked it. So yummy definitely a repeat recipe in my house.

This was so unbelievably good!! I had run out of Wosh sauce, so substituted half and half of A1 and Soy. I normally don't like porkchops, but devoured these. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is my 3 year old wouldn't touch it.

This was an excellent Recipe, although I added a chicken stock cube to the water content in the sauce and added 1/2 a small jar of apple sauce to thicken the sauce and add flavour, and my husand and son loved it.

I didn't care for this recipe, though my husband thought it was tolerable. It was not very flavorful and made the house smell like vinegar. Maybe some herbs to give it a bit more life.

This was pretty good. After baking, the sauce was a little thin, I'd try to thicken it up a little next time. In addition I'll thinly slice the onion instead of chopping.

This was a wonderful new flavor for pork chops. It was made quickly with common ingredients on hand. My husband couldn't stop commenting on how wonderful the flavors were and stated that this was definitely "company food" - his greatest compliment. I highly recommend this. I didn't change a thing. Even my picky 10-year old liked this. We served this over basmati rice with a simple vegetable side dish. Very, very good!

this is a great recipe! I accidentally made it with chicken instead of pork (I'm a vegetarian learning to cook for her new husband) but he loved it anyway and can't wait for me to make it again.

A great recipe! I added some sliced apples, which I sauteed in butter with the onion before making the sauce. I also used chicken stock instead of water for more flavour. It was incredible!
