I really liked this! I gave it five stars even though I did change it a little. I didn't use just plain tomato sauce... I had left overs from the night before, when I made tomato cream sauce. That seamed to work really good. It also might fix what others had said about being too runny and too bland. I also used canned green beans so I ended up just heating it in the microwave, then reheating with cheese on top (I skipped the onion). It ended up saving alot of time, and still tasted really good!

I did this recipe and it turned out okay. The sauce was a little watery, so I would recommend (my grandmother's trick) to add a spoon of flour to the tomato paste before mixing everything together. Also, I found that the 1 garlic clove was not enough, and 2 or 3 would have been much better. Otherwise, easy to make, and good taste!

Pretty good recipe. The tomato sauce may have been a little bland, so I'd season it some. Also, I overcooked the onions and peppers until they were a little crispy and burned...sounds weird, but it gave it a great smoky flavor.
