I didn't precook the asparagus and I used a generous amount of cheddar instead of parmesan. Pretty simple and a tasty, unusual dish.

My family really enjoyed this. I did not precook the asparagus, and I substituted cream of asparagus soup for the cream of chicken soup and parmesan cheese for the cheddar cheese. I just mixed the parmesan into the sauce, rather than sprinkling on top. I used a little more curry powder than called for - just my personal preference. We will definitely be making this again!

Pretty good. I added the cheese part way through cooking so it would melt in the oven, though should have waited till later as it got a bit dry on top. I didn't pre-cook the asparagus and they were just fine. My husband likes his meals "saucy" so it wasn't too much so.

Really delicious! I used more asparagus though, as we really love it. It didn't seem to affect the recipe at all. Yummy!

My family has loved this recipe for YEARS! All ages from babies to teenagers ALL are happy when I say this is for dinner. That is quite a distinction in our family! I read one review about it being bland. We once had several families make this for a church dinner, and I noticed a great deal of variation in taste, and think it must be the curry different families use. My husband does add some spices when he makes it. I don't, and the kids love it all ways. It's especially good to make rice and put some of the sauce on it.

I read the reviews before attempting this recipe and I went ahead and made this as is even though a lot of people claimed their asparagus was too soggy. I like soggy asparagus! This was an excellent dish, one I will be making again in the near future. Thanks!

Pretty good recipe. I used mozzarella instead of cheddar and sprinkled it on before putting the sauce on the chicken. I found that there is no need to precook the asparagus or chicken. They both turn out perfect by adding about 10 minutes to the bake time.

Yummy recipe! The sauce was really tasty as is. We season salted, peppered, and onion salted the chicken breats when browning. The asparagus was way too soggy for me and I didn't cook it beforehand either. I will steam it next time and just add it to the meal.

This recipe was pretty good. My asparagus turned out really soggy, though. Maybe I'll just leave it out next time, steam it separately. I like more crisp asparagus. The sauce was excellent over the chicken and rice I served it with.

Very good. Made some homemade croutons to bake on the top. This is very delicious. Husband would have licked the dish if I had let him!

Quick, easy, and tasty too! I improvised on this recipe. I didn't have any cream of chicken soup on hand, so I used jarred chicken gravy instead. The sauce was thinner than I had expected but the taste was good. I served it with Mediterranean curry couscous. It went over well with my husband, sister and 16-year old daughter. They wanted more! I can't wait to prepare it again with the cream of chicken soup!

This was decent, but for some reason the sauce ended up really runny. Maybe I did something wrong? I can say that it tasted really good !

Simple to make and delicious! Didn't have any cream of chicken, so I used cream of broccoli and omitted the curry too. Even picky husband said this was a keeper!

The reviewers (okay, my husband) were skeptical, but this was a hit! I messed up the recipe (not on purpose). I used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken (grabbed the wrong can). I cooked the chicken all the way through. I put the cheese on top after I added everything else, except for lemon juice, which I forgot. Then I re-read the recipe, realized how I'd gone astray but still baked it all, covered with foil, for 25 minutes. On purpose: I browned the chicken with onions and garlic, and more than doubled the amount of red curry powder. For having such an "air head" night, this was remarkably, surprisingly good!

Eh, this was okay. My husband liked it, but I didn't care too much for it. It wasn't bad and it wasn't bland at all, but it wasn't great either. Not to mention it looks pretty gross haha! It's worth a try making it, but personally I will not make this again.

This recipe was alright, but not something that I would rush back to make again! I also agreed that it was a little bland. I did add extra curry powder and green chiles, but it was missing something.

Made this tonight and it was delicious! At the beach, and had no curry so used seasoning salt instead...got great reviews and will definitely make again. The extra sauce will be delicious for a lunch with pasta.

I was really looking forward to this...and it just was not good at all. The crm of ckn soup just makes it taste like a TV dinner and the asparagus is overwhelming. Sorry...not our taste.
