I despise Brussels sprouts and was able to eat them using this recipe, which says a lot. Hubby likes Brussels sprouts and he RAVED about how good these were. He liked the sauce so much that he actually mopped up every bit of sauce in his bowl and mine!

Was looking for a recipe to use my Brussels sprouts for Thanksgiving. I have one that I had been making for the last several years that people love. I came across this one and just made it to see if this one would work. It looked simple to make, and it was. As far as how I liked it, WOW!!! Simple, tastie, and I can make a large quanity and keep it warm in a crock pot while I cook the rest of the meal. The only thing I did different was I added a clove of garlic, and used red onion. It was very good and well worth making. I am sure there will be another Brussels Sprouts recipe that people will want me to make for them. Thank you Margery.

This was really, really good. I'm not a huge fan of brussels sprouts, but I try to eat them regularly because they're so nutritious. The sauce is perfect - not overwhelming, and relatively low in fat. My husband loved them, too. I'll be making these regularly.

Not too bad for brussels sprouts. This dish must be eaten while hot. Once it cools the flavor is not as good.
