This recipe was pretty good. I did make modifications. Skipped the onion (hubby hates them). Added fresh garlic when ground beef was cooking. Skipped the condensed vegetable soup. Opted to put tomato sauce and some fresh veggies (yellow beans, green peppers, baby corn). The chow mein noodles gave it a different twist, which we enjoyed. I've been looking for different meal ideas, and this was certainly different. I think I'll try it with chicken next time.

We weren't crazy about this recipe. It tasted a little blah. I will most likey make it again, but add a little flavor to it. Thanks for taking the time to have your recipe posted.

This is so simple and real hearty. So easy it's a new staple. I added some fresh cut green beans and snap peas from the garden and it turned out great. Adding any veggie would be good. Can't go wrong

This recipe was great! A little bland though so next time I'm going to include some different veggies in it. Really good though. The noodles give it a really unique twist! Lots of compliments and no left overs :)
