1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed vegetable soup, undiluted
3/4 cup chow mein noodles

DIRECTIONS
In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in soups. Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Uncover; sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake 5 minutes longer or until noodles are crisp.

This recipe was great! A little bland though so next time I'm going to include some different veggies in it. Really good though. The noodles give it a really unique twist! Lots of compliments and no left overs :)
