This is cocktail sauce with a kick. You have to like wasabi to enjoy this. We really make this with double the wasabi, but thought it might be too much for some people. Start with a little and add until you get the flavor you like. If you add too much just increase the ketchup.

A pink sauce that is great on just about everything. My family likes it on chicken, fish, game meat, beef, rice... We have found similar sauces at local Chinese restaurants.

This is a brilliant recipe to use if you want to prep and cook something that you only need to check on occasionally. No slaving over a hot stove for me thanks! This can be used on meats, on sandwiches or with fries like ketchup.

This is a version of a sauce used for tonkatsu (pork) or chicken katsu. My family loves it, and I like it better than a local restaurant's sauce.

This French mother sauce is used in many dishes from lasagna to moussaka. It is also the base used to make a variety of cheese sauces.
