This is my favorite & the easiest pulled pork recipe I have ever made. Everyone who eats it loves it. Don't change a thing, except maybe double it so you have lots of leftovers!

This recipe is great. Add a teaspoon of liquid smoke when you are adding the broth and coffee. It gives it a great depth of flavor. Very delicious with a side of coleslaw.

I was amazed at how easy this recipe was to make. You follow the directions and let it go. I cut the meat in 3rds to make it a little easier to handle. Boy was this good and it really goes a long way. I can't wait to make it for my family when the boys come home from over seas.

I rarely give five stars to recipe only when a recipe does not require any adjustment and works like magic time and time again.

I purchased a slow cooker for this recipe and I am glad that I did , This was very good, however I did use a pork loin and I thing that after adding the BBQ sauce it was very mushy, Taste was excellent, texture was not, next time I will try a different cut of pork.

Excellent! Served it on boring hamburger buns & still saw my SIL eat 2!!! (She's not a big eater, either! a waif of a girly) Defatted mine before adding Famous Dave's Rich & Sassy sauce, served up for Labor Day get-together. Wonderful with cole-slaw on top!!! yummy. Even had some today for lunch, extra yummy on GOOD rolls!!!

I made this recipe with no changes. At the end I drained most of the broth and added our favorite BBQ and let it simmer. Everyone loved it. Delicious!

Used this recipe for the cooking part and it was great. I did notused the beef broth or coffee but instead used Al's KC BBQ sauce from this site--the sauce is awesome--but the saw broke down in the crock pot and became more like a stew than a thick sauce for pulled pork. Luckily I reserved some of the BBQ sauce and was able to slap it on top after cooking--yum yum and so easy. Do plan on using Christopher's version this winter...thanks for sharing.

I followed the recipe exactly as directed, and was surprised at how well it turned out. It really doesn't need all the extras other reviewers have included. I'd do this one again and again for a delicious and reliable standard chicken.

My DH made this and it was so good. Best pork BBQ recipe there is and it's so easy. Served it with Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce, from this site. This is the best sauce on the planet.

WOW! I've made this recipe many times. Every one loves it and it's so simple. The pork butt (shoulder)cut is the best. It does take a little time to take the fat off once cooked, but it's a crowd pleaser. It's simple and delicious. I add bottled BBQ sauce and a little vinegar before serving.

I made this for my son's 4th b-day party. There was none left. 2 years later, I'm still asked to make it at every family gethering we have. I end up making twice as much as needed just so I can have left overs. It is wonderful!! And the best part is, it's simple and very little work.

Holy Moly!! This is awesome - 10 stars! I followed the recipe exactly except I used a 3 lb. pork shoulder roast. After 7 hours on low, it literally fell apart and I couldn't help myself - I ate some and now I can't wait for dinner. The meat is so good by itself that I'm going to serve it as is with the BBQ sauce on the side rather than mixing it all up like I usually do for pulled pork sandwiches. My family will be all over this one. Thank you!

This one never fails. The meat falls from the bones and the guests are always surprised when I tell them the secret ingredient is coffee. This is a huge favourite here. Thanks, Sarge!
